Me getting fatter and fatter.

69．若到寺中，只向众憎要东西，强求借贷，或是找众僧缺失，存心破坏憎誉，或白吃僧物，毫无羞愧心，甚至将寺中饼果菜肴，私自带回家用，此等人死堕铁丸地狱，镬汤、炉炭、刀山、剑树等等地狱，就是最下恶人。
佛又说：
70．今生抢劫剥人衣服，死堕寒冰地狱，罪毕转生为蚕。
71．不喜欢点灯照亮佛经佛像，死堕黑暗地狱。
72．今生屠杀斩截众生，死堕刀山剑树地狱。
73．今生喜好打猎杀生，死堕铁锯地狱。
74．今生行为邪恶，死堕铜柱铁床地狱。
75．今生多妻妾，死堕铁磨地狱。
76．今生多丈夫，死堕毒蛇地狱。
77．今生烧烤雏鸡，死堕灰河地狱。
78．今生杀猪鸡，死堕镬汤地狱。
79．今生禁闭虐待猪狗，死堕尖石地狱。

96．为人身形高大，污秽，爱发脾气不明理，前生是骆驼。
97．为人爱走路，不怕险难以满足食欲，前生为马。
98．为人脚不怕寒热，记忆力很差，前世为牛。
99．为人自以为是，高声无愧，是非不分，前世为驴。
100．为人贪好肉食行为大胆，前世为狮子。
101．为人身高大眼，受游野外，讨厌妻子，前世为虎。
102．为人体毛长眼小，喜换住处，前世为鸟。
103．为人性情返复不定，喜杀害虫，前世为野狐。
104．为人勇健，淫欲少，不爱妻子，前世为狼。
105．为人不爱好衣服，喜欢乘机捕捉奸淫非法事，小时眼神凶恶易怒，前世为狗。

114．为人爱发脾气，死堕毒蛇、狮子虎狼、熊狸鹰雉，若得人身，喜欢养猪鸡，作屠夫猎人或狱卒。为人愚痴，不解道理，死堕象猪牛羊、水牛蚤虱、蚊子蚂蚁，若得人身，耳聋眼盲口哑，肢体不全，驼背，不能接受佛法。
115．为人骄傲轻视人，死堕粪虫，驼驴狗马，若生为人，受奴婢身，贫穷乞丐，为众人轻贱。
116．为人当官借势，贪取民物，死堕肉山地狱，百千万鬼，割食其肉。
117．今生喜欢强迫别人站立不得休息，死堕白象，只能站著不能卧睡。
118．今生破斋戒而夜晚饮食，死堕饿鬼，百万万岁，不得饮食，要吃食时，口出火焰。
119．今生喜欢赤身露体，死作寒枭虫。
120．今生斋戒时，暗藏食物偷吃，死堕熟铁地狱，再生为人，因咽寒病短命而死。
121．今生礼佛头不著地，死堕倒悬地狱，再生为人喜欢欺骗人。
122．今生礼佛不合掌，死堕偏僻地方，常辛苦工作而无收获。
123．今生听到法师引罄声不起立让路，死堕大蟒蛇，被许多小虫啃食。
124．今生拱手礼佛，死堕反缚地狱，再生为人，常遇恶事。
125．今生合掌五体投地，诚心礼佛，常出生尊贵，生活快乐。
126．今生常生气又贪吃，前世为颠狂人。
127．今生凸眼邪视，前世邪眼看别人妇女。
128．今生护太太骂父母，死堕斩舌地狱。
佛告诉阿难，以上众苦，都是由于造十恶业，上品堕地狱，下品堕饿鬼，中品堕畜生。造十患业都会坠三恶道，若生为人，各得两种苦报：
（1）杀生的人：短命和多病。
（2）抢劫偷盗：贫穷和财产保不住。
（3）犯邪淫：配偶不贞良和夫妻相诤，不随己心。
（4）犯妄语：常被诽谤和被骗。
（5）犯两舌（挑拨离间）：破坏眷属和得弊恶眷属。
（6）犯恶口：常闻恶骂声和说话常引起诤讼。
（7）犯绮语（说无意义的话）：说正经话没人相信和所说的话无法实现。
（8）犯贪心：贪财永不满足和所求不能如意。
（9）犯嗔（凶恶毒狠）：常被人找麻烦和常被人激怒伤害。
（10）犯邪见：常生邪见家庭和心常自卑阳奉阴违。
以上十恶业为造成众苦的主要原因。
会中犯十恶业的人，害怕的请问如何避免三恶道苦，佛说：
129．今生造搭建寺，来生必作国王。
130．今生作县市长护持佛寺，来生必作宰相大臣，州长郡长，衣车充足。
131．今生以身作榜样感化别人，作种种功德，来生必大富，众人敬仰，无往不利。
132．今生喜欢燃灯照明，来世生在日月天中。
133．今生喜欢布施慈心收养生物，来生必大富。
134．今生喜欢布施饮食，来生饮食充足，身体力气充足，长寿聪慧，若布施给畜生得百倍福报。
135．布施无善根人得千倍福报。
136．供养持戒比丘得万倍福报。
137．供养法师，流通大乘经，宣讲如来秘密法藏，使大众开心眼，得无量福报。
138．供养菩萨诸佛，福报无尽。
139．供养父母或布施病人，也得无尽福报。
140．今生帮众僧洗浴，来生面目端正，众人敬仰。
141．今生喜欢赞叹读通经法人，来生音声优雅美妙，令人听到心生欢喜。
142．今生喜欢持戒，来生身相端正。
143．今生造井供人水，种道树给人遮荫，来生作人王饮食丰足。
144．今生喜欢抄写经法布施给人读，来生辩才无碍，学法很容易开悟，诸佛菩萨常保护，常为人中领袖。
145．今生喜欢造桥船帮助人，来生七宝俱足，众人敬服侍。
佛告诉阿难，以前所讲经典也有许多因果实例，要劝众生读诵修行，自然能消苦难。

礼敬佛陀—因为你在过去，穿著整齐并以清净的心礼敬佛陀。（因）
4．佛像—供养寺院内的佛像有什么好处？（果）
功德—因此善行，你会得到长寿、财富、美貌和有智慧的孩子。（因）
5、旅游—你为何有舒适的交通工具供你奢侈的旅游？（果）
社会工作—这是因为你做了有益社会的工作，如：造桥修路。（因）

54．盗用僧水，来生作水中鱼鳖。

58．向僧人强借贷，来生作白鸽。
59．辱骂众僧，来生作牛身上虫。
60．吃众僧菜，来生作野菜虫。
61．拿用僧杂物，来生作飞蛾。
62．浓妆艳抹抽菸入寺，来生作丑嘴鸟。
63．夫妇在寺中共宿，来生作青头台虫。
64．坐佛塔，来生为骆驼。
65．穿鞋入寺，来生作虾蟆。
66．听经时乱讲话，来生作百舌鸟。
67．污僧尼净行，死堕铁窟地狱，百万刀轮，斩截身体。佛告诉阿难，到寺庙有两种心，一种善心，另一种恶心。
68．若到寺中，礼佛敬僧，请问经义，受戒忏悔，供养三宝，不惜身命，护持大法，就是最上善人。
69．若到寺中，只向众憎要东西，强求借贷，或是找众僧缺失，存心破坏憎誉，或白吃僧物，毫无羞愧心，甚至将寺中饼果菜肴，私自带回家用，此等人死堕铁丸地狱，镬汤、炉炭、刀山、剑树等等地狱，就是最下恶人。
佛又说：
70．今生抢劫剥人衣服，死堕寒冰地狱，罪毕转生为蚕。
71．不喜欢点灯照亮佛经佛像，死堕黑暗地狱。
72．今生屠杀斩截众生，死堕刀山剑树地狱。
73．今生喜好打猎杀生，死堕铁锯地狱。
74．今生行为邪恶，死堕铜柱铁床地狱。
75．今生多妻妾，死堕铁磨地狱。
76．今生多丈夫，死堕毒蛇地狱。
77．今生烧烤雏鸡，死堕灰河地狱。
78．今生杀猪鸡，死堕镬汤地狱。
79．今生禁闭虐待猪狗，死堕尖石地狱。
80．今生常喝醉酒，死堕饮铜地狱。
81．今生斩截众生，死堕铁轮地狱。
82．今生偷僧果子，死堕铁丸地狱。

85．今生继母虐待前母子女，死堕火车地狱。

90．今生作地理风水师、丧葬业、算命师，欺骗多收财物，死堕铁铜地狱。无量恶鸟啄食身肉筋骨，受苦无穷。
91．今生作巫婆欺骗他人财物，死堕肉山地狱。
92．今生作巫婆骗人可上天取魂神把人救醒，死堕斩腰地狱。
93．今生作巫婆教人杀生米其大神，降祸于众生或大地，死堕斩身地狱，铁马啄其眼。
94．今生作医生，病治不好又骗病家财物，死堕针炙地狱，全身被火烧。
95．今生破塔坏寺，侮辱僧尼，不孝父母，死堕阿鼻大地狱，历经八大地狱和一百三十六小地狱，受苦一至五劫才能出来，若未遇到善知识识教导很快又堕地狱受苦。
佛说：
96．为人身形高大，污秽，爱发脾气不明理，前生是骆驼。
97．为人爱走路，不怕险难以满足食欲，前生为马。
98．为人脚不怕寒热，记忆力很差，前世为牛。
99．为人自以为是，高声无愧，是非不分，前世为驴。
100．为人贪好肉食行为大胆，前世为狮子。
101．为人身高大眼，受游野外，讨厌妻子，前世为虎。
102．为人体毛长眼小，喜换住处，前世为鸟。
103．为人性情返复不定，喜杀害虫，前世为野狐。
104．为人勇健，淫欲少，不爱妻子，前世为狼。
105．为人不爱好衣服，喜欢乘机捕捉奸淫非法事，小时眼神凶恶易怒，前世为狗。
106．为人好淫，爱说黄色笑话，前世为鹦鹉。
107．为人喜欢在大众中，爱说话烦人，前世为鸲鵅。
108．为人矮小好淫，见包心迷，常换女伴，前世为雀。

113．为人破塔坏寺，隐藏三宝物自己用，死堕阿鼻大地狱，罪毕转生为畜生，像鸽雀、鸳鸯、鹦鹉、青雀、鱼鳖、弥猴、獐鹿等，若得人身，生为阴阳人淫女。
114．为人爱发脾气，死堕毒蛇、狮子虎狼、熊狸鹰雉，若得人身，喜欢养猪鸡，作屠夫猎人或狱卒。为人愚痴，不解道理，死堕象猪牛羊、水牛蚤虱、蚊子蚂蚁，若得人身，耳聋眼盲口哑，肢体不全，驼背，不能接受佛法。
115．为人骄傲轻视人，死堕粪虫，驼驴狗马，若生为人，受奴婢身，贫穷乞丐，为众人轻贱。
116．为人当官借势，贪取民物，死堕肉山地狱，百千万鬼，割食其肉。
117．今生喜欢强迫别人站立不得休息，死堕白象，只能站著不能卧睡。
118．今生破斋戒而夜晚饮食，死堕饿鬼，百万万岁，不得饮食，要吃食时，口出火焰。
119．今生喜欢赤身露体，死作寒枭虫。
120．今生斋戒时，暗藏食物偷吃，死堕熟铁地狱，再生为人，因咽寒病短命而死。
121．今生礼佛头不著地，死堕倒悬地狱，再生为人喜欢欺骗人。
122．今生礼佛不合掌，死堕偏僻地方，常辛苦工作而无收获。
123．今生听到法师引罄声不起立让路，死堕大蟒蛇，被许多小虫啃食。
124．今生拱手礼佛，死堕反缚地狱，再生为人，常遇恶事。
125．今生合掌五体投地，诚心礼佛，常出生尊贵，生活快乐。
126．今生常生气又贪吃，前世为颠狂人。
127．今生凸眼邪视，前世邪眼看别人妇女。
128．今生护太太骂父母，死堕斩舌地狱。
佛告诉阿难，以上众苦，都是由于造十恶业，上品堕地狱，下品堕饿鬼，中品堕畜生。造十患业都会坠三恶道，若生为人，各得两种苦报：
（1）杀生的人：短命和多病。
（2）抢劫偷盗：贫穷和财产保不住。
（3）犯邪淫：配偶不贞良和夫妻相诤，不随己心。
（4）犯妄语：常被诽谤和被骗。
（5）犯两舌（挑拨离间）：破坏眷属和得弊恶眷属。
（6）犯恶口：常闻恶骂声和说话常引起诤讼。
（7）犯绮语（说无意义的话）：说正经话没人相信和所说的话无法实现。
（8）犯贪心：贪财永不满足和所求不能如意。
（9）犯嗔（凶恶毒狠）：常被人找麻烦和常被人激怒伤害。
（10）犯邪见：常生邪见家庭和心常自卑阳奉阴违。
以上十恶业为造成众苦的主要原因。
会中犯十恶业的人，害怕的请问如何避免三恶道苦，佛说：
129．今生造搭建寺，来生必作国王。
130．今生作县市长护持佛寺，来生必作宰相大臣，州长郡长，衣车充足。
131．今生以身作榜样感化别人，作种种功德，来生必大富，众人敬仰，无往不利。
132．今生喜欢燃灯照明，来世生在日月天中。
133．今生喜欢布施慈心收养生物，来生必大富。
134．今生喜欢布施饮食，来生饮食充足，身体力气充足，长寿聪慧，若布施给畜生得百倍福报。
135．布施无善根人得千倍福报。
136．供养持戒比丘得万倍福报。
137．供养法师，流通大乘经，宣讲如来秘密法藏，使大众开心眼，得无量福报。
138．供养菩萨诸佛，福报无尽。
139．供养父母或布施病人，也得无尽福报。
140．今生帮众僧洗浴，来生面目端正，众人敬仰。
141．今生喜欢赞叹读通经法人，来生音声优雅美妙，令人听到心生欢喜。
142．今生喜欢持戒，来生身相端正。
143．今生造井供人水，种道树给人遮荫，来生作人王饮食丰足。
144．今生喜欢抄写经法布施给人读，来生辩才无碍，学法很容易开悟，诸佛菩萨常保护，常为人中领袖。
145．今生喜欢造桥船帮助人，来生七宝俱足，众人敬服侍。
佛告诉阿难，以前所讲经典也有许多因果实例，要劝众生读诵修行，自然能消苦难。

慈善—他们富裕是因为前世他们热心于慈善事业。（因）
3、快乐—今世为何能拥有快乐及和谐的家庭生活？（果）
礼敬佛陀—因为你在过去，穿著整齐并以清净的心礼敬佛陀。（因）
4．佛像—供养寺院内的佛像有什么好处？（果）
功德—因此善行，你会得到长寿、财富、美貌和有智慧的孩子。（因）
5、旅游—你为何有舒适的交通工具供你奢侈的旅游？（果）

Embarrassed to the Max.
Just reached home after dinner with Phyllis, Lee Ting and kelvin. Had an enjoyable dinner but feeling damn full now. Thai food is really fantastic.
Feel damn embarrassed earlier as I thought Kelvin was just behind me on the escalator. Turned back without looking and asked "are u hungry?" Realised no reply and looked at him. Then I realised that the guy standing behind me wasn't Kelvin. So, m..a..l..u.... Shit. Kelvin saw and was laughing at me....... Lagi malu........

$$$ Is Evil..
Me, Emily swear that I will not lend anyone $$$$ from today onwards. Except for my immediate family members. Is my off day and guess what??? Instead of resting, I'm like a stupid bitch scouting for $$$$. Fuck @##%^&*
When people need $$$ I always help if I can. But when I need $$$ is so damn difficult to borrow. Even to collect back my own $$$ is so damn difficult. I'll feel damn ashame if I owe people $$$ and can't pay. Blame who??? Myself of course for being stupid. Always have the thought that $$$ is not an issue. The time is 2315hrs on 7Jun. My hubby did not talk to me the whole day. Dun even want to look at me. His face expression is like a car just went over his face. Flat and sulky.
Angry with me for whatever reason that I do not know. Angry that I strike 4D or angry that I didn't give him $$$$. Why should I???
Has never get any allowance from him and he has never pay any single bills for the house. So why should I give him $$$$. To hell with him.

Tough Life.
I've woke up at 7am this morning dun know for what??? It's my rest day and I should be resting. Junior is just next to me looking at me as though i'm a weirdo. We will usually sleep till 12 to 1pm and then i'll rush off for work. If it's my off day, the earliest time that i would get up is usually 2pm.
Have been feeling very tired and stressful recently. I don't have financial problem & am quite lucky that i don't have kids. But yet i'm unhappy. About what??? I also don't know??? Perhaps is work load and health problem plus surrounded by leech (sucking every drip of my blood). Don't understand why is others problem becoming my problem??? Me not aunty agony lol. Sometimes, I just wish that i would die in my sleep.
Perhaps soon i'll die, with the amount of panadol that i consume per week. Really hope that the day will come soon.
My only worries is Junior. I shouldn't have brought him into my family. Maybe with rich owner he'll be better off. God knows.
